Registration procedures to obtain the card

Register the company as an applicant for energy efficiency licenses by entering the (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) (Electronic Services – Energy Efficiency Program).

Register the laboratory in the program electronically and attach a copy of the laboratory accreditation certificate and the field of accreditation through (the website of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) (Electronic Services – Energy Efficiency Program).

Use the username and password to log in to the program via the Internet and register the application.

Attach a test report according to the Saudi standard for energy efficiency of the product as well as the standard specifications for the performance requirements of the product stipulated in the energy efficiency specification for the product, (if any), provided that the test report is issued by a laboratory accredited by a fully-fledged accreditation body in ILAC .

Pay the prescribed fees before starting the technical study of the application, no later than (30) days after the application is registered in the electronic system.

Respond to the notes in the event they are received and re-request the request no later than (30) days from the date of the technical note.

Completion of the technical study of the application and the approval of the administration.
