Saudi Export Incentive Program- Product Certificates Compensation for export-related certificate issuance fees, for example: (domestic and international certificate of conformity required by foreign countries).

Conditions for using the service
- The applicant must be one of the authority’s clients registered on the authority’s website.
- The customer has completed the export readiness assessment.
- The client’s establishment must have completed a year or more from the act of (its activity) since its inception.
- All products of the customer participating in the service must be Saudi-made or produced and not prohibited from exporting, and in the case of service activities, those activities must be provided by a facility based in Saudi Arabia.
- The client’s facility should not prohibit activity.
- The client’s facility should not be under liquidation or bankruptcy.
- The client should not have any financial obligations to the authority.
General policies of Saudi Export Incentive Program
The disbursement requirements must be submitted within 30 days from the date of approval of the application. Any request after the specified period will not be considered, except if the customer has a valid justification and there is still a budget available after the expiration of the period.
The application submitted before using the service.
That the client submits reports on the extent of his benefit from the incentive periodically and upon request.
The customer must explain the need for the incentive by presenting the expected result from receiving the incentive within the demand, for example: (the percentage of increase in sales, the formation of experiences in certain areas
and markets, expansion in specific markets, etc.).
The documents required to submit the application
An extract from the commercial registry issued in the past six months.
Quotations.
An authorization letter issued by the facility, a legitimate agency, or a similar document,
and a copy of the identity of the person submitting the incentive request on behalf of the establishment (and in the event that the applicant is the owner, a copy of the identity only)
Any documents proving that the products are manufactured or produced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as: (certificate of origin or industrial license).
Required documents after completing the service
- Exchange request form.
- Certified form of the company’s bank account.
- The original invoice for the fees paid.
- An extract from the commercial registry issued in the past six months.
- A copy of the certificate.
- Deadline for submission of documents: 30 days from the date of approval of the application, unless otherwise indicated.
