The Saudi Customs updated the customs tariff applied in the automated systems, to facilitate import and export operations, and retained the previous customs duty without any changes.

The purpose of this procedure:

• Facilitating customs clients’ access to customs tariff items.
• Serving all customs clients, including customs brokers, importers, and exporters.

 

The most prominent changes in the customs tariff:

• Counting the items that include many subdivisions.
• Retaining the internationally approved customs items.
• Adding subdivisions to customs items for the products not covered by defined customs items, and deleting the customs items that were found with no need in the international trade.
